1. Do your cabins come equipped with plumbing and electrics ?

Yes, all of our quotations include full electrics and plumbing as standard.

2. What warranty do you offer ?

We take great pride in our work and always set out a safe and everlasting cabin. we offer a 3 year structural warranty with every cabin.

3. What is the lifespan of your cabins ?

Timber cladding may need to be annually serviced in order to guarantee lasting the test of time however the structure and the methods we use in construction give the lifespan of the structure 25 years+.

4. Are Foundations required for log cabins ?

Subject to a site visit, generally all of our cabins come with foundation details as standard and are set out in our pricing.

5. How long does it take to build a Luxury living Cabin ?

Usually from start date to sign over we complete our cabins within a 3-4 week period (weather pending).

6. What is meant by Turn Key ?

A Turn Key service means that with every cabin completed all that’s needed on your end is the appliances and furniture. Everything else is included in our pricing.

7. How Does Flexi-Finance work ?

With Flexi-Finance we supply you with the EasyFinance link to check your eligibility. If you are approved and the price suits your budget, you then initiate your payment plan with EasyFinance themselves. We would then work through EasyFinance in order to undertake the project . Please be aware that in order to use the EasyFinance service there is a 10% charge on the project itself before you start your payment plan with them.

8. Is planning permission required for your cabins ?

Building a cabin that is under 25 sqm, and under 3.9m in height planning permission is not required. However many Local authorities will allow up to 40sqm for non-permanent structures. Cabins in some Circumstances may qualify for this. But you must check beforehand with your local authority if you are considering a Cabin over the 25sqm limit. LLC are happy to help in the process and guide you through the steps in order to gain planning permission if needed.
